You know the feeling when you are all excited about going to the gym and look forward to working your butt off, then after a few weeks your just not bothered because the motivation isn t there anymore. Staying consistent with a new workout routine or fitness program can be often harder than starting it. It can also be easy to be under the influence of people and situations in our lives that we find ourselves procrastinating instead of doing the things that is important to us. No matter what your fitness goals, you should always set aside enough time in your day to workout so that you move closer to achieving your goals instead of moving away from them.
